The Role:

An ambitious e-commerce professional to take “ownership” of www.gruum.com We are looking for a keen individual to take www.gruum.com to the next level and massively increase the customer experience as well as increasing sales and AOV. This is an all-encompassing role that has many “hats” that involve implementation as well as ideas.

The successful candidate will continuously improve and develop the website on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Skills

Strong CRO experience.

Understanding customer behaviour through data and analytics.

Experience of increasing AOV.

Full understanding of when to use A/B testing, and which systems are best for this.

Experience with testing tools.

UX and UI knowledge and experience.

Basic to intermediate HTML.

Experience of building and editing WordPress pages (ideally Gutenberg).

Funnel analysis and optimisation.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role, or 1 year + relevant education.

Location

Remote or hybrid / Stockport office.
