Please follow these steps to return your order within 14 days of receipt
1. Click on the Gruum Returns Form below and print out the PDF, below
2. Fill in the ‘order number’, ‘customer name’, ‘postcode’, ‘quantity’ and ‘product name’
sections below, followed by a brief description of your reason for return.
3. Cut off the address label above and attach to the box you received your products in.
4. Put the products you’re returning in the box, along with the rest of this form
5. Affix the relevant postage amount to label and post back to us. We always recommend
posting at a post office, and retaining a proof of postage receipt.
6. Your refund will be processed within 28 days – we’ll send you an email to confirm when
this has been done.
