What ingredients do you use?
We use a blend of naturally derived, biodegradable ingredients and pure essential oils. Our cleaners are free from harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, parabens, and dyes — just a better clean, naturally.
Which surfaces can I use it on?
Our cleaners are pH-neutral and suitable for most household surfaces; including marble, wood, glass, and fabric. Always test on an inconspicuous area first and avoid use on unsealed natural stone.
Where are your products made?
All Fletcher & Moss products are designed and made in the UK, using responsibly sourced ingredients and refillable, low-waste packaging.
How do I mix the concentrates?
Add your 30ml concentrate to your reusable glass bottle, top up with tap water to the neck, and shake to mix. Always dilute the concentrate before use and never spray or apply the concentrate directly onto surfaces.
How should I store my concentrates?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep bottles tightly closed and out of reach of children and pets.
