I use this as a foot soak, my go to last thing in the evening. So relaxing, it smells divine and leaves my feet silky soft and relaxed. When I’m troubled, I make a small quantity up and leave it in my bedroom to calm me, as candles and aerosoles affect my asthma, where as this does not.
