Of course you can! If you change your mind, you can cancel your order at any time up until it has been packed, for a full refund. To cancel your order, log in to My account go to Order history, and here you will see your order with an option to cancel. Your refund will be processed automatically.
If your order has already been packed, you won’t be able to cancel it, but you can still return it within 365 days in the original packaging. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund for any unopened and undamaged items. Follow this link for more information on how to return your order.

‘, go to ‘My subscription‘ and then click ‘View details‘ to make changes. Here you will find all the options to amend or cancel your plan. That way, you shouldn’t receive any unwanted kits.
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any orders that have already been processed. Each order must be cancelled individually.
