Can I return my order for a refund?

We’re sure you’ll love your new products – but if you’re not completely happy with your grüum order, you can return it in its original packaging within 365 days of receiving it.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a full refund for any unopened or unused products returned within 6 months (180 days) of purchase. This is because most payment systems only allow refunds within a limited timeframe (subject to change). After the 6 months, we’ll still be happy to help – we can offer you a replacement or a credit note instead.

Please note – it’s important that you retain the proof of postage. Without this, we are unable to refund your order should it get lost/misplaced during transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you decide that grüum is no longer for you, you can cancel your plan at any time by logging in to your account .
