It’s up to you! You’re in control of the plan throughout, so you can choose to receive your grüum kit every one, two or three months – you can also change your delivery schedule and frequency at any time.
You can skip a delivery by changing your next order date. To make any changes to your plan, just log in, go to My account and edit your subscription accordingly.
