Discovery Club boxes are curated collections and are not eligible for partial returns. If you wish to return a box, it must be returned in full rather than individual items from within it. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned once used unless faulty. Pay As You Go plans can be cancelled at any time to stop future boxes. Annual plans are prepaid for four boxes across the year and may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the first box by returning it in full for a refund.
