How to use
Hair
1. Apply a few drops of oil (depending on hair length and thickness) onto damp, clean hair. Focus on mid-lengths to ends for extra hydration.
2. Dry and style as desired.
Scalp
1. After cleansing, massage into scalp when you need an extra soothing boost.
2. Let the oil work its magic for around 15 minutes then wash, rinse and condtion as required.
Skin
1. Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin morning and night and let those natural oils get to work.
2. Depending on your skin type, you may want to blend your oil with your favourite moisturiser before applying.

Don’t just take our word for it…
Despite the slightly alarming dark green colour, I really like this oil. I just put a few drops on the palms of my hands at night and smooth it over my face and neck before I go to bed and then wash my face with soap and water in the morning and I am pleased with the results – certainly as good as any night cream I have tried, cheaper and much more natural. I alternate this oil with a couple of other gruum face oils for mature skin – I dont know which one works best, but feel that by alternating them I am benefitting from the good ingredients in each!

I LOVE the smell of this oil. I tend to use this for night time, it feels a bit heavier than others I use, although I have used it in the day too.
