How to use
- Quickly chew one tablet in your mouth until fully crushed. Do not swallow.
- Wet your grüum bambu toothbrush and start brushing the glo toothpaste tablet over your teeth for around two minutes.
- Once finished, spit the toothpaste out, but don’t rinse.
