How to use

Protect yourself from UVA and UVB rays by applying sunscreen generously and regularly.
Use around one teaspoon of sunscreen for the face per application, about one shot of sunscreen for the body

Repeat every 2 hours

Use this mostly when doing outdoor jobs at the moment or sitting out in the sun. No holiday this year sadly. It goes on very easily and is moisturising. I now put it on even on cloudy days when outside as sun can still penetrate the clouds and even when going to supermarket as in the car the sun can burn through glass!
