How to use

Help protect yourself by applying sunscreen generously and regularly.
Use 1 teaspoon of sunscreen for the face.

The best sun cream I’ve ever used, thick easy to apply, used on a 2 week holiday in Gran Canaria and it kept me completely protected

We used Grüum SPF 30 for our entire holiday in the Mediterranean (30 degree + heat) – 2 of us got through 4.5 bottles over 2 weeks /and we did not burn once! We applied regularly especially after dipping in the pool. I love the fact that there is no horrid artificial smell. My only negative is that the hole at the top of the bottle is a bit small and it is difficult to get the last bits of lotion out. Excellent product.

Great product and my favourite sunscreen. So much better now the bottle is more pliable! I find it doesn’t stain my clothes too badly although if anyone has a magical way to stop this happening I’d be really interested!
