1. Protect yourself from harmful UVA and UVB rays by applying our sunscreen generously and regularly.
2. Use around 1 teaspoon of sunscreen on your face.
3. Use around 25ml of sunscreen on your body.
4. Massage gently into chosen areas.
5. Repeat every 2 hours.
