How to use
- Swirl the bar in your hands under warm water to create a creamy layer.
- Massage gently all over the affected skin.
- Leave for a few minutes and then rinse with cool water.
- Feel the tingly, cooling effect for up to 30 minutes.

Don’t just take our word for it…
This stuff is amazing in really hot weather. I first tried it on holiday in Europe last summer, but last week (June 25) during the heatwave I used it again. It’s a lovely soap with very little lather that cleans the skin very well but the peppermint and menthol in it means that when the breeze hits your skin as you get out of the shower it has a cooling effect. Using Sval before bed helped me get a good night’s sleep.
