Can I change the contents of my subscription?

You sure can! Log into My account at any time to edit the contents of your grüum kit for future deliveries. Head to ‘my subscriptions’ and choose the plan you want to view. You can then select ‘edit kit’ to pick and mix from any of the products available on our site. You will then be redirected to the checkout page and the total will show £0.00 but this will not process a payment or order – just click the ‘place order’ button to complete the procedure. You can see in your account that your subscription will show as ‘switched‘ and a new one is created.

You can also remove unwanted items, add new items and increase or reduce the number of individual items in your kit. However, If you only wish to remove products, you can choose ‘edit kit‘, and ‘proceed to checkout‘. On the next page, you only need to select ‘switch subscription’ and the subscription will be updated!

Is my subscription delivered for free?

Loyalty is very much rewarded here at grüum. Every single one of our subscribers can expect free standard delivery on all individual subscription orders worth £10 or more. That’s ON TOP of reduced prices across our range.

Can I have more than one subscription on my account?

Of course! You can add multiple subscriptions, so if you need different kits or want to add a kit for a loved one, you can do so easily by logging in to My account‘.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your plan, you can do so at any time by logging into My account‘.

Step 1: Log into My account via the website by clicking ‘Log in’ from the main menu.
Step 2: Navigate to My account at the top-right of the page.
Step 3: Select the plan you wish to cancel by clicking ‘View details‘.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the option to ‘Cancel your plan‘. Your plan will be cancelled immediately.
Step 5: If you have any current orders that have not yet been packed and you would prefer to cancel, you can click on Order history where you will see the option to cancel and refund any current orders. 

Do I have to receive my subscription monthly?

It’s up to you! You’re in control of the plan throughout, so you can choose to receive your grüum kit every one, two or three months – you can also change your delivery schedule and frequency at any time. 

You can skip a delivery by changing your next order date. To make any changes to your plan, just log in and go to My account and edit your kit accordingly.
