Yes! We accept Klarna and Clearpay for orders of £30 or more containing only one-off purchases, subject to eligibility and approval by your chosen provider.

Shopping for a subscription? For baskets containing a subscription product, please choose one of our other accepted payment methods. Klarna and Clearpay are available when all items in your basket are one-off purchases.
Managing your payments: You can view your payment schedule and manage your payments through your Klarna or Clearpay account. For questions about instalments, payment dates or your account, please contact your provider directly.
Need a refund? If your order is cancelled or you return an item, we’ll process any applicable refund through your original payment method. Klarna or Clearpay will then update your payment plan and arrange any refund due, according to their terms.
Payment gone through, but your order doesn’t look right? If you can see a payment in your Klarna or Clearpay account but your grüum order shows as failed or in progress, please contact our Support Bot so we can check it for you.
