Following the UK’s departure from the EU (Brexit), international orders are handled differently depending on the delivery destination
EU orders (IOSS countries):
We’re registered for IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop), which allows us to process orders to EU countries under local VAT rules. This means the VAT is included in the total price at checkout, and you won’t pay any additional customs fees.
Non-EU orders:
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may still apply once your parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on local customs policies. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order for up-to-date information on potential fees.
