If you choose and pay for our Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service before 2pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and despatched the same day, with delivery expected the next working day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday, with delivery expected on Tuesday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed and despatched the next working day.
