grüum is a trading name of Gruum Europe Limited. Any reference to “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Gruum Europe Limited, a company registered in England under company number 09900344. Our registered office is at Unit 17, Hillgate Business Centre, Hindley St, Stockport SK1 3AU. We provide personal care products and accessories, available for purchase individually or through a discounted subscription service. Our full product range is available at www.gruum.com.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
1.1 By accessing our website or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any related notices.
1.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your use will apply. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products
2.1 Full product information, including ingredients and usage guidelines, is available on our website.
2.2 Usage guidance:
- Products are categorised by use (e.g. razors, skincare, sunscreen).
- Check ingredients and perform a patch test before full application.
- Avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately if contact occurs.
- Razors are very sharp; handle with care. Replace blades every 5–7 shaves or weekly.
- We cannot guarantee products are allergen-free.
One-Off Purchases & Subscriptions
3.1 Products may be purchased individually or via a recurring subscription, with pricing and delivery schedules shown at checkout.
3.2 Subscribing means you agree to receive repeated deliveries and charges until cancelled.
3.3 We reserve the right to alter product combinations or make substitutions within subscriptions.
3.4 Orders may be cancelled at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Payment
4.1 Product prices are shown on our website and may change due to inflation or market conditions.
4.2 Subscription payments are processed via continuous payment authority. Card details may be updated by your provider to ensure continuity.
4.3 Charges are made according to your selected delivery frequency (e.g. monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly).
4.4 Payment schedules may shift around public holidays; check your account for details.
4.5 We are not liable for any bank charges incurred.
4.6 Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
Creating an Account
5.1 An account is required for subscriptions and may be created for one-off purchases.
5.2 Only one account per customer is permitted. Duplicate accounts may incur a £20 administration fee.
5.3 Keep your account information up to date.
5.4 We may refuse or cancel account applications without explanation.
5.5 You are responsible for account security and must report suspected unauthorised access.
5.6 We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
Administration Fee
6.1 We reserve the right to charge a £20 administration fee for amending orders or accounts.
Website Availability
7.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Report any faults to us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
7.2 Subscription deadlines still apply if the site is temporarily unavailable for under 24 hours.
Offers & Promotions
8.1 From time to time we may offer introductory promotions including discounts, free items, or trial products. These are typically valid for new customers and may be used only once per individual/account.
8.2 Misuse of offers may result in cancellation, full pricing, and an administration fee.
8.3 Each promotion has its own terms and exclusions. Check offer details carefully.
8.4 Promotional orders may take longer to arrive than standard orders.
Cancelling Subscriptions
9.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
9.2 Kit cancellations must be made no later than the day before your next billing date.
9.3 You are responsible for ensuring cancellation requests are successfully received.
9.4 Due to the personalised nature of our products, you do not have a statutory right to cancel a kit under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel (for Non-Personalised Goods)
10.1 If you purchase a non-personalised item, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
10.2 To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) in unused and resellable condition.
10.3 We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
10.4 This statutory right does not apply to personalised, customised, or hygiene-sealed products once unsealed.
Delivery
11.1 You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur redelivery and admin charges.
11.2 We are not responsible for delivery delays.
11.3 Report missing deliveries within 7 days of the expected delivery date via grüum support. Otherwise, the order will be considered delivered.
11.4 If a parcel does not fit through your letterbox, a delivery card may be left. It is your responsibility to collect or reschedule the delivery.
11.5 If an uncollected order is returned to us, we will not issue a refund. Redelivery and admin charges will apply.
Returns & Refunds Above and Beyond Your Statutory Right
12.1 We offer a 365-day return window for unused and unopened items.
12.2 For returns within the first 6 months of purchase, you may request either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A credit note for use on future purchases.
12.3 For returns made after 6 months, we will issue a credit note only.
12.4 Returned products must be sealed, unused, and in their original condition.
12.5 You are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for method.
12.6 For defective products, we will refund the cost of the item only.
12.7 We cannot refund postage costs for free/trial products where only postage was paid.
Age Restrictions
13.1 By purchasing certain products (e.g. razors), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe this requirement is not met.
Errors & Omissions
14.1 While we make every effort to ensure product information and pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or amend orders placed using incorrect information.
Privacy & Data Protection
15.1 We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
15.2 By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to such processing. You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Dispute Resolution & Complaints
16.1 If you have a complaint, please contact us directly via grüum support. We aim to resolve issues swiftly and fairly.
16.2 If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may be entitled to use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) provided by the European Commission (for EU customers) or an alternative recognised UK ADR provider.
Intellectual Property
17.1 All content on our website—including text, images, branding, product names, and layout—is the property of Gruum Europe Limited or its licensors.
17.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our express written permission.
Limitations on Liability
18.1 Our liability is limited to the value paid for the specific product or service, up to a maximum of £50.
Governing Law
19.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Assignment
20.1 We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not do the same.
Account Non-Transferability
21.1 Customer accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded.
No Waiver
22.1 Failure to enforce any part of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
Severability
23.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
24.1 We are not responsible for service failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or outages.
Third Party Rights
25.1 These Terms & Conditions do not grant any rights to third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
