Can I change the contents of my subscription?

Of course! Shake things up all you like. Simply head to ‘My Account’, click on ‘Subscriptions’ and then click on ‘View Details’. From this page you’ll be able to see all of the products currently on your subscription. You can remove current products, or adjust the quantity with one click.

If you’d like to add more products to your subscription (it just makes sense) simply scroll down a little, search for whichever products you desire through the miniature search bar on this page – no need to open up any other tabs. Once you’ve found the perfect addition, simply click ‘add to subscription’, confirm, and you’re ready to go. You can add as many products as you like – simply repeat the same process.

Everything – changing the frequency of your order, editing the shipping address, payment method, and even cancellation can be completed via this one page – easy peasy.

Is my subscription delivered for free?

Loyalty is very much rewarded here at grüum. Every single one of our subscribers can expect free standard delivery on all individual subscription orders worth £10 or more. That’s ON TOP of reduced prices across our range.

Can I have more than one subscription on my account?

Of course! You can add multiple subscriptions, so if you need different kits or want to add a kit for a loved one, you can do so easily by logging in to My account‘.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your plan, you can do so at any time by logging into My account‘.

Step 1: Log into My account via the website by clicking ‘Log in’ from the main menu.
Step 2: Navigate to My account at the top-right of the page.
Step 3: Select the plan you wish to cancel by clicking ‘View details‘.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the option to ‘Cancel your plan‘. Your plan will be cancelled immediately.
Step 5: If you have any current orders that have not yet been packed and you would prefer to cancel, you can click on Order history where you will see the option to cancel and refund any current orders. 

Do I have to receive my subscription monthly?

It’s up to you! You’re in control of the plan throughout, so you can choose to receive your grüum kit every one, two or three months – you can also change your delivery schedule and frequency at any time. 

You can skip a delivery by changing your next order date. To make any changes to your plan, just log in and go to My account and edit your kit accordingly.
